The Enterprise Investment Programme

A minimum investment of €1 million in either a single Irish enterprise or spread over a number of enterprises for a minimum of 3 years. The enterprise may be a start-up established by the investor or an existing business registered in Ireland. The enterprise must be registered and headquartered in Ireland and the investment must support the creation or maintenance of employment.

The investment must be made in the name of the individual seeking residence under the Programme. A purely speculative investment aimed at increasing profits through reduction in staff or moving jobs offshore would not be acceptable for the purposes of the Programme.

An investment by a corporation, even where owned 100% by the applicant will not be acceptable. An investment which comprises the purchase of publicly traded securities will not be considered as an eligible investment under the enterprise option.

An investment in commercial or residential property for the purposes of leasing or renting that property to tenants will not be considered as an eligible investment under the enterprise option.

The investment must be held for a minimum of 3 years

 
 

The Social Housing Investment Programme in Ireland

This is a zero-risk investment which benefits from a long lease with an Irish Local Government
Property valuations are generally based on the capitalization of the government-backed rental income
Rental income (less costs and taxes) will be repaid on an annual basis and placed in the solicitor’s client account
The real estate company will guarantee to repay the €1,000,000 investment after five years, funded from the annual repayments and the realisation of the asset property as of that date

The Three Steps To Your Irish Visa with Global Consultancy

You confirm your interest in the programme and sign the contract with Global Consultancy. Upon signing the agreement with the solicitor, the following amounts are due:

€10,750 (non-refundable) to cover legal fees

€40,000 (refundable should the application not proceed to INIS) project operation management fee

€1,500 (refundable should the application not proceed to INIS) INIS application fees:

We will then gather all necessary information for your application and complete the legal documentation for you.

The solicitor reviews the documentation and completes the application forms.

On completion of the application forms, you will pay agent’s fees, solicitor’s fees and the government application fee.

The application is officially lodged with INIS.

 

Within 3 months, INIS approves the investor’s application and a letter of confirmation is sent to the solicitor.

When you receive the letter of acceptance from the solicitor, you must lodge €1,000,000 with the solicitor within a 2-week period.

Investor pays Global Consultancy project operation and management fee, Global Consultancy and Partners manage the on-going operations on behalf of the Investor.
