Global Consultancy offer a full guardianship service. Our guardianship packages include:
2 airport transfers (at the beginning and end of stay in Ireland)
Garda (police) vetting through MEI for the chosen host family
The guardian will attend parent/teacher meetings and send a full report to the agent/parents
Monthly written reports to agent/parent
Welcome pack & orientation meeting with assigned guardian. Help with buying books and uniform (taken from contingency fund if requested)
Regular contact between guardian, student, host family & school
Immediate contact & assistance in the event of any significant incident
24/7 emergency assistance by means of emergency phone
Maintenance of a contingency fund (if required) and control of payments made from contingency fund for school expenses
The guardian will visit the student (normally in school) once per week for the first few weeks and then at least once per month thereafter. In case of day school students, the guardian will visit the host family at least twice during the academic year
Arrangement of additional transport including transport to and from school as required (cost charged to student or contingency fund)
During their visits, the guardian will monitor the student’s well-being and academic progress.

Additional Costs:
1. Airport transfers and flight check-in assistance: €80 per transfer to/from
Dublin area (please get in touch for costs from areas outside of Dublin)
2. Host families can be provided at €40 per night for weekend boarders or
€200 per week
3. Additional visits requested by the parents, school or tudent outside those
outlined above will be charged at a rate of €45 per visit
4. Assistance on hospital and doctor visits will be charged at a rate of €25 per hour
